was director of the fbi before he became the administrator. the tsa and mr. was a vacant position. there was an act did -- activity in there. it took them a while. when they got somebody in there, mr. pistol, everybody agreed he was a great man for the job, and he has made his goal to try to make tsa smarter. as a man who came on board at the fbi and saw the intelligence world grow after 9/11, he wanted to do the same with tsa and have them be a little bit leaner, smarter, and a manifestation of that is the new trust it traveler initiative. if you file on time and they know your history, you're not a terrorist, the odds are. they're using common sense in applying a trusted traveler system so they can focus their resources of people they know less about. host: the head of the tsa made a comment last month, talking about the type of terrorist threat that concerns him the most.
